I'm finally starting to really get back into it. I'm amazed that I took so much time off of REALLY running.
Tonight at run club, we jogged a mile to the track, did some sprints, then jogged back to the gym. I was SO out of breath during the sprints that I actually used the jogging back as a recovery- first time I've really ever done that. I really REALLY wanted to stop, but honestly, I didn't want to let down my coach! I wanted him to think that I was tough.
... AND I REALLY WANT TO PR A HALF MARATHON!!!!!
